Unfortunately, Hotel Meyer does not have a swimming pool or sauna. Fortunately, the North Sea is 100 metres away for a refreshing dive.

Yes, Beach Hotel Bergen aan Zee has a lift. The elevator reaches all floors of the hotel.

There is paid parking throughout Bergen aan Zee from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. between 1 March and 1 November. Outside this period there is paid parking on Saturday and Sunday.

You can use our parking permits from arrival day 3 p.m. to departure day 11 a.m. for € 10,- per booked day.

The parking permit is available at the reception and cannot be reserved. This permit allows you to park throughout Bergen aan Zee.

If you arrive earlier or want to stay longer, you can buy a parking ticket via the parking meters or turn on your parking app.

Please note:
Next to the sea aquarium and on the promenade there are parking meters where you can buy a ticket with your bank card. All other parking meters only accept cash.

In Bergen aan Zee there are several charging stations located 50 metres from the hotel.

Unfortunately, we do not have any specially equipped disabled rooms, but you can always contact us to discuss possibilities. For example, we do have a shower stool available.

Beach Hotel Bergen aan Zee does not have air conditioning in the rooms. The fresh Dutch air is available 24/7.

All rooms and apartments have a safe.

All rooms are equipped with a Krups coffee machine. A kettle is available at reception. The apartments have a coffee maker and kettle.

The hotel rooms do not have a minibar/fridge. Cold drinks are available at the bar. The apartments do have a refrigerator.

Check-in at Beach Hotel Bergen aan Zee is possible from 15:00. If you arrive earlier, your luggage can be placed in our luggage room. At Beach Hotel Bergen aan Zee you can check in up to 18:00. Should you arrive later we would like to hear from you. We can be reached by phone between 09.00 and 18.00. Check-out is possible until 11:00 am.  

At Beach Hotel Bergen aan Zee it is possible to book a late check-out based on availability. You can then use your room or apartment until 17:00. The cost for a late check-out for a room is €25. For a late check-out for an apartment, you pay €50.

Please note that a late check-out can only be booked 1 day before departure.

Breakfast at Brasserie MAZ is from 08:00 until 10:30.

The restaurant is open from Monday to Saturday:

Lunch: Monday to Saturday from 12:00 to 15:00

Dinner: Monday to Saturday from 18:00 to 21:00

The opening hours may vary due to staff capacity. You can reserve a table for lunch or dinner via our restaurant page. Please inform us in advance about diets and/or allergies requirements and preferences.

We respect you if you choose to have your own eating habits, or are forced into an adapted diet due to an allergy. If you inform us in time by e-mail, we will do our utmost to adjust the menu for you free of charge. For special ingredients, at your request, we charge extra.

All products from our kitchen may contain traces of ingredients processed in our kitchen, such as: gluten, nuts, lactose, etc.

Dogs are allowed only on our rooms with terrace ground floor and on our landsite apartments. A maximum of 1 dog per room is allowed. The costs are € 20,- per night. It is important that you inform us beforehand that you want to bring your dog.

On the beach of Bergen aan Zee dogs are allowed to walk off leash in the winter period (between 1 October and 1 May). In the summer months (between 1 May and 1 October) dogs are only allowed off leash between 19:00 in the evening and 10:00 in the morning. Dogs must be on leash from 10:00. The beach is 100 metres from the hotel. This is about a 2-minute walk.

The golf course is 9 kilometres from the hotel.

The centre of Bergen is 5 kilometres away from the Hotel.

The centre of Egmond aan Zee is 10 kilometres away from the Hotel.

The centre of Schoorl is 12 kilometres away from the Hotel.

Of course, it may happen that you have to cancel your booking. Then the following cancellation conditions apply:

• More than 7 days prior to arrival date - 0%
• More than 3 days prior to arrival date - 60%
• More than 24 hours prior to arrival date - 85%
• 24 hours or less before the arrival date - 100%

From the centre of Bergen there are local buses (except on saturday morning and on Sundays). The times of arrival and departure can be found here.

Beach Hotel Bergen aan Zee has 2 baby cots available for free. Beds must be reserved prior to arrival due to limited availability.

We do not have extra beds, but some triple rooms. Please contact the reception via info@beachhotelbergenaanzee.nl if you would like to book this room.

You can rent a bike at bike rental Bergen aan Zee. The rental is 100 metres away from the hotel.

Beach Hotel Bergen aan Zee has a spacious, secured bicycle shed with charging points at the back of the hotel.

A map of the dunes can be borrowed free of charge at reception. This serves as a permit for the State Forest Service areas, located near the hotel.
